- Respond to requests for feedback or materials within a reasonable timeframe
- Confirm they have legal rights to all content and assets supplied
Savvy Post Marketing is not responsible for delays, missed timelines, or outcomes caused by lack of communication, incomplete information, or failure to cooperate.
3. Communication & Project Completion
- Any project, task, or service will be considered completed and closed if the client does not communicate or respond for 30 consecutive days.
- Savvy Post Marketing is not required to follow up or attempt to re-contact the client during this period.
- Once a project is considered completed, any future requests may require a new agreement, revised scope, or additional fees.
4. File, Data & Retention Policy
Savvy Post Marketing does not store client materials indefinitely.
- Files, content, images, videos, login credentials, passwords, and sensitive information are not retained for more than 60 days after project completion or termination.
- After 60 days, all materials may be permanently deleted without notice.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of all files and data.
5. Credentials & Platform Access
If clients provide access to third-party platforms (such as social media accounts, ad platforms, or hosting services):
- Access is used solely to perform agreed services
- Clients are advised to update passwords after services conclude
- Savvy Post Marketing is not responsible for third-party platform outages, security breaches, suspensions, or policy changes
6. Payments & Fees
- All fees are due as stated in invoices or agreements
- Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment
- All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing
- Savvy Post Marketing reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing
8. No Guaranteed Results
Savvy Post Marketing does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to sales, leads, revenue, engagement, rankings, or traffic. Marketing performance depends on external factors beyond our control.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Savvy Post Marketing is not responsible for:
- Changes to algorithms, policies, or terms imposed by third-party platforms
- Account suspensions, bans, limitations, or downtime
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Savvy Post Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
11. Termination for Client Non-Compliance
Savvy Post Marketing may terminate services immediately if the client:
- Fails to provide required information, access, or materials
- Repeatedly delays or obstructs project progress
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions
Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments remain due
- Services will cease immediately
- File and data retention policies still apply
